Pitchers Pre-Season Performance Program

with Eric Chase + Brian McDonough


10 Weeks - 2 hour, 2x week program - January 7th thru March 12th

Cost $ 1199


This program will be an all-encompassing program on the mound and in the gym.








Session 1: 5:00 to 6:15 in EPS / 6:15 to 7:00 in Cages

Session 2: 5:30 to 6:15 in Cages / 6:15 to 7:30 in EPS



  • Refine mechanics and learn to move efficiently through the pitching motion

  • Build arm strength and receive individualized throwing to lower injury risk

  • Use Rapsodo to maximize a pitchers effectiveness by tracking spin rate velocity and movement

  • Utilize data from Rapsodo to develop pitch repertoire appropriate for each pitcher

  • Strength and conditioning specific to Arm care and on-field performance

  • Testing to monitor progress and Nutritional guidance

About Brian and Eric

Eric Chase

Eric is a 2014 and 2016 graduate of Springfield College where he got his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with minors in Health Education and Athletic Coaching, and his Master’s degree in Adapted Physical Education. He was a three-year starting pitcher for the Springfield College Baseball team. After graduating, Eric spent time on the coaching staff at Team Connecticut Baseball, and most recently as the pitching coach at Needham High School (MA) where he was a part of the 2018 State Championship team. Currently, Eric teaches adapted physical education at Cambridge Rindge and Latin. He is a coach with the New England Ruffnecks, serving as a pitching coach. He is also the varsity pitching coach at Framingham High School. Eric brings an individualized approach to pitching, blending his knowledge and background of the body and biomechanics with pitching mechanics to create programs that meet each
player’s needs.

Brian McDonough

Brian is the founder of EPS and has trained over 400 professional athletes over a 22-year career, ranging from NFL, NHL, AHL, MLB, and thousands of elite college and high school athletes.
